This guy is a scam he is famous for finding a property and getting it under contract and then flipping it to another buyer without ever disclosing to anyone that he is a Realtor and without ever providing documentation to his Broker or Office about the transaction. He then gets the original seller to pay him a commission while at the same time he profits from the unsuspecting buyer paying him a lift in price on the sale.
