Unbelievable that she is still licensed. Just read this judgement against her: http ://canlii.ca/t/1rq9s before ever deciding if you want to do business with someone like that.

We went to see The Heights in 190 and Fraser Highway on June 17,2016.We phoned the agent because she is not at the site.We were told by her that she will be there to see us in 15 minutes but we ended up waiting for more than half hour.(But actually when we arrived there were two potential buyers that were just leaving and disappionted because they have been waiting for more than half hour.)But we patiently waited in the hopes that my family will be able to see the showhome nicely.When we went to approach her.We did not see any friendly agent.She did not even say Hi or Hello or how may I help you or come in!First thing she asked was how much is our budget?I said we do not know yet.I ask some questions she answered impatiently.We ask het if we can see the show home she said yes,so we went upstairs to see the unit she stayed downstairs.As we were upstairs maybe after 20 minutes my son says if he can go to the washroom but we said no because there was a note by the tiolet seat "not for use"so then we went to the main level after we finish cheking upstairs.I guess my son could not hold it anymore so he went to the powder room the toilet seat was up then he used the washroom.Suddenly the realtor came up like running and yelling that we are not allowed to use the washroom and when she saw that the washroom door still closed went and bang the washroom door while yelling that we cannot use washroom there. 'yes bang,not knocked'.Her banging causes my son inside really scared and when my son opened the door the realtor yelled at my son saying 'you are not allowed to use the washroom here,did you not see the sign?She did not even wait for my son to reply but just kerp repeating her words,'Did you not see the sign?in a very rude high pitch manner.So then me and my hubby said we did not see sign as the toilet seat is up so the sign is covered then.She said it does not matter blah blah blah..I said Can you at least aproach us nicely but she told us to leave just like that..so my family we down she followed us and still her mouth wont stop yapping to my son and us.We were so disappionted and very unhappy of how she treated us that day.She has fogotted that she is a realtor and we are a potential buyer.no matter what she should always be professional in dealing with buyers.We left the site very disappionted.

I have bought many properties before and she did the best for me she cared my interest and I will tell all my friends and relatives how caring this realtor is .Thanks
