My ex forced me to use Ross as our realtor for a divorce sale instead of a neutral party. It was joint conduct of sale and I felt Ross to be very pushy. He did know his market but pushed low sale prices and a longer listing as well as undermining my intelligence and arguing with me. Despite being repeatedly told to take the sign down when the listing expired it was not done. He also got personal stating my ex will go through the lawyer if I didn't relist with him. I would not agree to using him if I'd known what I had to deal with. A 6 month listing expired with two lowball offers and no sale.
