I rented an apartment from this guy just recently. From the very first day that we were supposed to meet to view the apt- Ron was late with no explanation. When I came to sign the lease and pick up the keys, he was late for that meeting with no explanation too. He is unreliable and unorganized. Even communicating with him to get him the rent, or do repairs is difficult as he never tells you when he is coming. he just waits til the last second when he is at the building and then texts you and says are you home??? Like we are supposed to just sit around and wait for him to grace us with his presence?? He has no respect for others time or courtesy to tell you when he is going to be late ( which is always!!!)

DON"T RENT/ BUY FROM THIS GUY
Ron is the most untrustful person i have ever met in my life, he will show you a dirty house and tell you that the carpets MIGHT be replaced, the doors will be 'touched up'. When all that happens is a little bit of dirt gets clean now and there. You will be lucky if you rent a house from this guy without and holes in the doors or stains on the carpet. STAY AWAY AT ALL TIMES
