Roger Guertin from Re/Max 2000 Helped me sell my home and my sisters home. He went above and beyond went it came to my home. When we first listed and sold my home the buyers didnt end up closing our deal on closing day. Even when my lawyer told me to just release them from the deal and give them thier deposit, cause the market was better now then when we origionaly sold it to them. Roger Guertin stepped in and helped us negotiate with the buyers agent to forfit the $10,000 deposit to us without having to go to court. as well as relisting our home and getting a higher price.
