She's renting homes to people using fake pictures. She does not upkeep her properties, let's previous tenants leave garbage behind, appliances are broken down and out of date. There is mold in almost every room. She rents places that are infested with rats and when asked to fix it she tries to illegally evict you. DO NOT TRUST HER. She's a money hungry fraud who will take advantage of you.
