Listed property at 10 Roosevelt Dr for 800K, but in fact it is 1.8 mil! Uses MLS as an auction tool, which is not right. Said it is a marketing tool. This is unethical. Price listed on MLS, should be the actual price the property is offered at. Very unprofessional.
