Very arrogant and rude. I dealt with Reggie on the TH building in New Westminster. Sure, I probably do not look like a home buyer, young and inexperienced, but that is no excuse to be treated like the way i did. Reggie was very curt, and not friendly. I went there twice and never received a follow up call from him. When we were leaving, the person I was with had to go back for something and caught Reggie rolling his eyes at the receptionist and making a gesture like he was glad he was done with us! I'm sure we were very annoying - asking stuff like does this unit come with a garbage disposal, what is the strata fee, and do you accept offers. Maybe it was because i was wanting to buy one of the cheaper units - Didn't want to waste time on a low level buyer! I would NOT recommend this arrogant prick! He is probably too "important" to be wasting his time with you anyways!
