Thinks she can sell houses by sitting on her butt at home with her pothead kid instead of going into the office to put actual effort in. Lies to her clients from day one about her work ethic and practices. Does zero paid advertising instead relies on free ad placements with little or no coverage. Relies on others in the office to do her work for her. Should have license revoked as she hasn't paid dues or office required fees in several months.
