Run run Run!!! They single most worst experience. Dishonest, lier, lazy,.....snake!!! He will undo ever thing his family has built with is poor ethics and lack of respect to you as a client.

My experience with Randy was horrible!!! He was always late for meeting because he had fallen a sleep on his couch in the middle of the day. He was extremely dishonest and just an all around A**. I would never use him to buy or sell a pack of gum let alone a house again.
