"I wasted 1 year in trying to sel my house on my own (FOR SALE BY OWNER). When I finally decided to list with a Realtor, I called Ramon and he sold my home in less than 2 weeks for the PRICE that I wanted to begin with. For Ramon's Service, I give him a 10! ...and I don't give 10's easily. Ramon is very good and I was very please compared to my prior experiences with other SELLING AGENTS, there is simply no comparison. Absolutely None. I have no issues with referring you to everyone I know."
