Puts a sign up and that is it! Won't call for weeks, and don't try calling him... his mailbox is FULL!! When you question him, all of a sudden you will get a flood of showings but no one leaves a card or doesn't show up!?!?!? All talk... No action!

It was the best experience selling and buying and I would encourage everybody to use him. I don.t know where the negative comments are coming from because I have nothing but positive to say about Rakesh Sidhu.
