We walked into a model home and my wife and I were immediately judge and questioned on our budget. She was on her phone and had no time to greet people at the door appropriately as her phone call was more important. Upon exit she was unable to provide answers without continually being judgmental of us. Her response to people being able to do any of their own work was "no" because of liability. Even when they have their own company and are fully licensed and insured. She then proceeded to get extremely defensive and abrupt and stated "I don't want to argue with you!" We felt truly undervalued and that she didn't want to engage with us as per her immediate judgment upon entry. We were only asking questions and not attempting to argue. My wife and I are currently looking for a 3000-3200 sq/ft home and will definitely not use her or this builder since she is reresenting them.
