Mr. Aleboyeh is very dishonest. He preys like a Predator on new immigrants. He lies to them about actual value of the properties and will do sideline deals with other realtors to get the deal done which hurts the clients that put their trust into him. Better to find someone more honest with intergrity that Mr. Aleboyeh as you can easily get trapped with a property which has less than 3-5% value.
