This was by far the worst realtor I chose. As a first time buyer, I'm realizing now from second opinions at what a horrible choice I made when I decided to use Pino. Pino's main concern seems to be money. He lied, by saying he would cover my first hydro payment as an incentive for going with him...didn't happen. He also did anything to get me to buy a home just so he can get his damn commission including to allow me to OVER PAY for a home...by a lot I might add. After being furious with the results, I did some research on this guy, by asking other clients. Apparently he is also a landlord who is sneaky, and has also caused other people issues in the home-buying area. There are plenty other realtors out there...do your research first. Don't go with just anyone.
