Phil has been above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. Not only did he sell my property in a week and a half, but found me a property I LOVE at a price I was comfortable with even though we were in a bidding war. Phil has not only become my real estate agent for life, and my friends and families as well, but has become a good friend who I go to regularly for advice on my home. My questions are always met with an enthusiasm to help from help with sound advice that leads me on the right path. Do yourself a favor and call Phil, he is by FAR the best real estate agent out there.
