yeah this guy gave us an evaluation on our townhouse a while back ... my wife did not like him because he wasn't knowledgeable about south mississauga. he seemed odd ... not surprised about the reco thing.

very unprofessional realtor ... was always late to appointments and had a fight with another agent in front of us - never again!!!

Beware! I heard from a very reliable source that he was involved in a scam about illegally entering a tenant's condo without his permission. When the tenant and security guard confronted him, he pretended to be another agent. The tenant made a complaint to RECO, which almost cost Mr. Mazzuchin his license.
