Use caution when renting or buying residential property from Ovais. When renting me a unit, he promised the world, I was quite unpleased to find none of what was promised was delivered. From having a clean unit to move into, to having it painted, to having amenities that never existed. Living in a unit he rented to me, he refused to spray the unit when we were informed bed bugs were present in the condo building, he refused to paint or repair any of the unit prior to moving in (the condo was brand new never lived in), and will lie about refunding deposits until threatened with further action. He uses working for the Landlord as a cover for himself, but will cheat a tenant at every opportunity.
