Purchased a condo through Olga from a builder. I was pushed into this deal on the spot as being a very good investment that will not last long. She did not offer me a time to think nor did she explain anything - just acted like I was doing a good investment. She was recommended to me by someone (I trusted) probably just to receive a referral fee. Some time later (outside of cooling off period) when I reviewed the agreement of purchase and sale, and spoke to another few real estate agents, I was advised that I made a bad investment - given the fact that properties were overpriced (and will not appreciate enough by the time construction is finished) and the building is not even 50-75% sold for the builder to even commence the construction (2.5 years later) and now my money are invested there indefinitely when I could have invested it in something more profitable. Olga did not even ask for amendments to the agreement (something that most other reputable agents do during cooling off period) to fix the monthly maintenance fees for some time and to be able to rent property out during occupancy period. I would never deal with Olga or her team again and would not recommend it to anyone.
