Concerned
Nigel by representing what should be a beautiful desirable property, has diminished the value by hundreds of thousands of dollars by marketing and presenting so poorly. Even the rusty planters in front have dead flowers in them. No staging or clean up or putting the property's best foot forward. His representation diminished the value of surrounding properties too by continually decreasing the price of the real estate he represented, rather than having the strategy of showing better to increase value. He does not seem to represent high end homes well, and does not have a prestigious portfolio of houses.
