Neils did not do me any favours when I purchased my new home. Neils seemed to "fit me in" for his scheduled convenance and never on my terms. I got the vibe that Neils Madsen did not take me seriously being a young home buyer . If anyone is using Neils Madsen to look for a home in VIctoria I strongly recommend to find another realtor. Find a realtor who will take the time and look out for your best interest, not his. THIS GUY IS A SNAKE AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
