I highly recommend Nick Van to anyone for their real estate needs. Nick delivered exceptional service to me when searching for a home in the Fraser Valley. His experience and knowledge of the Aldergrove / Abbotsford / Mission area proved to be exceptional as at the time I was living in Surrey. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, flexibility, support, and, more importantly, his calm, low-key demeanour which reduced the considerable stress of selling/buying/moving on me. When I felt discouraged, he renewed my confidence in ensuring that I never lost sight of my goal. Nick is personable, easy-going and was sensitive and mindful of my financial situation. He never once made me feel that I had to settle for anything less than what I wanted and we kept looking and looking until I found the one that made me jump and shout aloud, “this is it!”.
