I know peopel who have had good dealings with her but my experience was that she is slow to get back to you and she overplays her level of experience. My main concern is that she was more concerned with helping people who needed to find a place to rent while someone like me who wanted to buy got less service. She's supposably has access to the latest technology to help you but I never saw that.

Natalie DePass is a real people person and is dedicated to her job but I wonder if she has too much going on because she is sometimes slow at getting back in touch, even right off the bat after we attempted to contact her. She does her very best to get you the information you've requested but it is not always well organized, up to date or timely. Her attention to detail could also use some imrovement. Overall my experience with her was satisfactory.

I had an appointment booked with Natalie yesterday at Starbucks and she didn't even show up. I did not receive a call or a text saying she was going to be late or unavailable to re-book. Very, VERY unprofessional.

She is awful! We bought a house in toronto from her. First of all we found the house on our own. She didn’t show up to meet us to see the house so we waited around for the open house. I remember being pregnant when she was first showing us houses. After two houses she was the one nauseous and sick and cancelled our appointments. She was MIA when we were trying to put in an offer. We lost that place. She is a real gem. Arghh. And she kept pushing us to tear down and rebuild. Saying how easy it was. 3.5 yrs we are still building the house. Broke to the bone. And she did not give us some sort of gift after we bought. Oh wait she got us a cheap bottle of wine.

Bravo for you for googling this person. Hopefully it's not too late for you because these reviews are true! Do not use her. She will cost you so much money and stress with her disservice.
