One Percent Realty Agent Nari is a horrible real estate agent. She was the agent of the seller of the home we bought and was very unprofessional. When we put in our offer she ended up leaving half way through the negotiations because "she had another showing". She was impossible to get a hold of for strata minutes, arranging an inspection, etc. And worse of all, she handed over the keys to a disgusting mess in the condo. She did not make sure everything was up to par before handing over the keys. We had to arrange a cleaner last minute that took four hours to make the place move in acceptable. Our agent was persistent for her to arrange for either the sellers or herself to foot the bill, which is a reasonable request. However, she didn't contact the sellers and did not pay for the bill herself. Any respectable agent would have not thought twice about paying this bill, because they do not want anything to taint their reputation! Do not go with her, you will not be happy.
