Not a trustworthy realtor as fake promises were made when i signed for a listing agreement. There was not even a single showing for more than 3 weeks and when asked why is that,he didnt have any clue and didnt want to comment on the situation. I asked him repeatedly to take the pictures of the property by a professional photograher which he promised but later he said he could take the pictures with his own camera. He never too the pictures as was always ready with an excuse that the weather is not appropriate for the pictures. Listing got terminated but I dont have any help from more that 8k realtors in fraser valley, as it s now cancelled protected. No realtor is wiling to list the property for 60 days as it is cancelled protected.
