Nancy's Listing agent should not be trusted with conditional sales. After a building inspection She produced a $14000 bill to re-roof a small townhouse and simply walked. They were not open to me getting the roof done at my expense (my quote from 2 different sources was $4000). In my opinion she simply uses the condition on building inspection to by extra times for her clients to look around.
