Represented me as a buyer. Received multiple phone calls from her before my offer was put forward, almost hounding - even as late as 11pm. Once the offer was submitted, never heard from her again. Not to update me that the offer wasn't accepted or to tell me another offer was accepted. She told me I was her client, and we signed a customer service agreement but was nowhere to be found after the seller did not accept our offer.
