As his tenant, he has charged us illegal extra fees and not other tenants in our building. These were for things such as sewage, lawn care, snow removal, common area hydro, water etc. He has repeatedly blamed my family for issues with our unit that were clearly not our doing. His contractors are not up to code and do shotty work. He has tried to threaten/bully us when we tried to address these issues with comments like 'I have more money and a better lawyer then you if you take me to the landlord tenant board' he has refused to speak English when his contractor has come to look at problems (they both speak perfect English). He has not kept his promises of property maintenance and he has illegally evicted tenants from our building. Do not trust him.
