Not sure if you know but buying a home in the markham area is not simple these days and my husband and I were not too keen in getting into an offer presentation situation. Minoli helped ensure that we got the house for the right price and not a penny more. She had put things in our agreement that even our lawyers were impressed when we had a problem with a chattel and the sellers had to fix it. Thanks Minoli for all your help.
