She would not give homeowner our offer even though it was full asking. She was ignoring us because she wanted to bring her own buyer and double end the deal. She lied to the homeowner, and would not return the calls of my agent. So when her buyer finally put in an offer, we were 'allowed' to be a back up offer and had to now offer OVER ASKING!! She is a villain, truly, a a cruelly malicious person who is devoted to wickedness, and a scoundrel. She and her company are to be avoided at all costs.

I would highly recommend Mindy and her team, its interesting reading some posts on this site, just because your house does not sell why bash your realtor, Mindy has worked very hard in selling my house, tough sale due to size and location but was relentless and made the deal happen. She must have spent 20 plus hours taking us to showings and was so knowledgeable about the area and current markets. People in life moan about service, and commitment, its all about working hard and believing. Mindy was communicating with me some times as early as 08:00 in the morning and as last as 11:00 at night 7 days a week. That what makes her a good realtor...bottom line is a true workhorse...which leads to results. Those that work succeed, those that dont spend their time moaning and writing negative feedback on social media. GREAT JOB MINDY !!!!! Trevor and Vicky - trevor whit
