A lot of case against him in Acaiq professional association Real estate in quebec Canada. Do not trust him and his wife Zandian Azita. Both are sued by people they were dealing in their profession and they are not trustable Simple saying this people are in bad relation with customers Iranian and other communities . He lost his certificate 4 years ago for real estate fraud , fake documentations, bad approach and criminal skills.

This person is fraudulent has no integrity whatsoever. I had the misfortune of not knowing this individual prior to starting my business of lifelong passion and vision... In one of his many buildings. It required so many renos just to be safe. His papers were out of date or fraud. He has destroyed lives and bleeds you dry with no reimbursement then evicts you and takes/seizes whatever you own of your life..he will take all in your life and put you on the streets homeless and broke. Please google this character well and search the courthouse files available to the public. I repeat he destroys people he sexually violated one woman... Found guilty ...And others whom will not come forward. He already lost his realtors licence .. He is inhumane and has been found guilty of fraud of perjury of abuse... This is fact.
