Michael should not be trusted. He is a very good salesperson and knows exactly what you want to hear. He will promise the world, but will never deliver. Once a sale is secured he will ignore your phone calls. Also note that Michael is apt at using pressure tactics on his clients to try and close a deal. From my experience Michael fits the description of the sneaky realtor that leaves you with a bad feeling in your stomach and makes you wonder if you ever want to buy or sell a home again.

I wish I would have read those comments before I contacted Mr. Valiquette. I definitely agree with everything reflected in the comments. Not only is he unprofessional but there is much to put into question in terms of trust. Mr. Valiquette is not able to deliver in what he claims, as he is not interested by what you want or need. He is much more interested in finding some place to remodel and give you what he considers should be the house of your dreams. He is in conflict of interest between his real state job and his contracting company, always seeking to do both with the same client, gets you a property that he can remodel. When he realizes that what he wants to sell you is not in line with what you want, and therefore he is not going to make the money he had hoped, he disappears and becomes unreliable. His tactics to sell or buy is the same: to convince you to remodel. He also is great at making promises he does not keep and tells stories which are false. So, not only he leaves you with a bad feeling in your stomach but also with the indignation that you have had in front of you a person who does not have the values he proclaims to have.
