I Found Mr. Spencer-Thompson to be a very good realtor with excellent work ethics. We meet him his open House, and he helped us gain very important knowledge of the area. Then over the span of a few weeks we listed and sold our house with Michael. To my shock for must more then asking price; then he help us find this amazing home we live in now. I am so happy with him, I would tell everyone to use him. Amanda

This guy had our company do almost $3000 worth of work for a place he owns in port Stanley than did not pay almost half the balance. Kept promising payment then never following through, very dishonest, put a lien against his property and had to go pull the equipment. Avoid this man at all costs!
