I feel she under priced our home. I was very upset and still am about the sale. After the sale, the lockbox was to be removed and I finally called a month later for them to please remove it. There is no urgency to help us ever. We had an offer on the house in one day and she cancelled the open house. We got full asking price...obviously...since it was way underpriced. She said that the price already was too high and that we would have to drop it by at least 10,000 to get it sold. I wanted to price it 30,000 higher than it was and I regret not following my instinct. She also charged full pop...5%. She may be good for selling quickly but that's about it. Sad about our experience.

Rude, not good communicator, braggart about how great she is, but yelled at me and said I was wasting her time because we did not accept a ridiculous low-ball offer for which only she would have benefitted. Do not hire this agent.
