This man should not be trusted. I wish I had gone to the police for his fraud. He took $6000 from us becuase he said listing was required but the house was not listed and it was a simple transfer. the other day he was on radio for south asian community with daniel (scotia bank) and was introduced for his excellent services. Anyone who deals with him regrets. Pelase make it availble so that people are aware of this scammer
