He is pushy and rude. Only cares about his commission. His way or the highway.

Jean Brearley
Untruthful about commission he will charge. Tricked me into 6% with the we will negotiate once we have an offer. When the offer came the commission was what it was 6%. Brought one person to view no offer. The house sold to the second viewer not the one he brought thru in 2 weeks being on the market and he charged me 6% for nothing. My advice do it yourself. He is rude called me irrational when I asked him of his success of finding a buyer and hung up on me. The facts are the facts how is that irrational?
