Matthew Harding is very hard working and intelligent. He handled my purchase as a first time home buyer, and more recently a sale and purchase for my husband and I. He is dedicated to his clients, and makes it his priority to be completely knowledgeable of the area, comparable solds, and the real estate market as a whole. Matthew is helpful, easy to work with and a great negotiator.

Matt is an HONEST guy.....we have used him twice and both times we were incredibly pleased with his work. We interviewed a few agents and they were not even close. He backs up everything that he says and more importantly he gave us evidence to support his claims. We highly recommend using him.

Christopher Smith
Matt helped us sell our home and purchase our current home. He was extremely honest and forthcoming with us throughout the process....which was a huge difference from our slimy first agent. He told it like it was and was very aggressive with his negotiations. In the end he got us top dollar for our Ajax home and got us a GREAT deal on our current Brooklin home. We have referred him to all our friends.
