Ms. Robinson worked years ago as a German- English translator in Nova Scotia. She was member of ATINS, a organsisation that recommend her at that time. Anyways, I asked Ms. Robinson to translate one of my certificates. Without letting me know she contacted my former employee in Germany to verify the content of the cert. That would have been okay with me, but the fact that she made the call without letting me know was an unnecessary breach of trust. It was her job to translate a properly signed document, not to verify anything. My former employer confirmed of course the correctness of the document. I withdraw my order immediately. She was even bold enough to ask payment for her indiscretion. Go figure! Today I would not even buy a dog house from her!
