Marilyn is a useless slum lord. She let our home fall apart blaming the home owner for not doing repairs on the rental home. We have had to take a major loss due to mold damage which was easily avoided if she would have had due diligence and took her job and our repeated requests seriously.

Had a viewing scheduled with Marilyn at a house that we were interested in. Upon arrival, the home owner was present. Marilyn was already inside the home showing it to someone else. As we approached the home, the homeowner greeted us and told us to "Go on in and take a look around!", so we did. As soon as we got inside we got barked at by Marilyn, she accused us of entering the property without permission...Which we then explained to her after her little freak out that we were given permission to enter the premises by the homeowner. First impressions are all it takes, Marilyn. We turned around and left right after we kindly explained to her that we pretty much were NOT trespassing. Didn't even bother to look at the rest of the house. Not a very welcoming lady.
