This agent lists obvious false statments on his listings, in the sellers favor of course, blames the multiple major false statements on his secretary, advises of other offers that do not exist and are not registered at his head office for days, and should not be trusted. We are going to the Ethics Board about our issues, but wanted to warn others to be extremely careful when dealing with this agent when buying a home. I'm sure he is an awesome seller though, if he finds someone oblivious enough to fall for his sales.
