We weren't really looking to buy or sell a home but came across Manoj through my friend. Within a a month (less if it had not been for the Holiday season), we had bought and sold a home. My wife and I really liked Manoj and felt that he would listen to us and do what was best for us. He was always available and receptive to any comments or questions that we had, no matter how many and how ridiculous they may have been. He truly put me at ease throughout the process and offered many helpful tips along the way. We don't plan on buying or selling any time soon but if we do, I hope that Manoj is around. He has set the standard for us on what to expect from a realtor. I wouldn't choose anyone other than Manoj.
