Mr. Celestin is very doubful. He does not put the energy where and when it is necessary. He does not deliver in crunch time. He is a bite disrespectful with the clients he considers being less fortunate.

Mann Arnel Celestin c’est un voleur, un arnaqueur de la pire espèce! Il a VOLÉ plus de 12 000$ à mon frère et moi puis il est « disparu ». Je crois au karma...il aura ce qu’il mérite en temps et lieu... IL NE FAUT PAS LUI FAIRE CONFIANCE!!! Allez à la banque directement pour vos transactions, c’est un MENTEUR!
