Too lazy to show up to meet me regarding listing my house.Wasted hrs waiting for him. Kids answer phone and obviously don't give messages. Has no proper office it seems and a fly by night operator. Joey

Louis Egnatis has never me Joe Cardanov and no one on the internet has any record of him expect those that were used to create a false and complete misrepresentation of on this web site. The operators of this site are not responsible and can not be trusted for anything. Do not trust this site. Louis Egnatis has a perfect real estate record for about 30 years and is currently and always been in good standing with the Toronto Real estate board, where he has been a ethics judge and vice chairman of committees.
