This is unreliable, unhelpful and cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs. I have been trying to get an update on a new build home I purchased from her for several months but she refuses to answer my calls or those of my realtor.

Unhappy clients
My husband and I hired Linda to sell my last house and were very unsatisfied with her service. She was never present for any showings, she did not follow up thoroughly with any of the visiting agents, and we would have to call her repeatedly (as she never answered phone calls) to get her to complete the simplest of tasks - tasks that, as a professional, she should have been completing on a regular basis and without us having to ask. In addition, she was (without warning) out of the country for most of the term of my listing, which added to the difficulty we experienced in reaching her for feedback. If you want an agent who is lazy, doesn't know about the market, and is rarely ever in Canada to offer personal assistance in selling your house, than Linda is the agent for you. If you want an agent that works hard for you, has your best interests in mind, and makes the sale of your house a stress-free process, look elsewhere.

She worked on the St. Magnus Drive project with her husband. Worst project ever - very disorganized.

Linda Ann is dealing with volume and not concerned with her individual client's needs and wants. She is part of the Chiavatti family and their business is making money for themselves, not the client.
