I interviewed a few agents to list my home (life savings). Others approached this as another opportunity too earn a commission and Len was the only person who approached it as a equity swap for ME and not a commission for him. This approach was unique in my opinion. I found his knowledge of the market place very spot on with what I expected as a final result.

I interviewed 5 agents to help me spend my hard earned money. Len was the only agent that assisted me in a way that I felt that he was shopping with me as though he was spending his "own" money. He wasn't out to make a commission but help me in making the right purchase for me and my family. After all he knows buy doing the perfect job with me will open future doors for him. Business is business. He knows this and I appreciate him and his honesty.
