I found Leigh Turnbulls service to be awesome. I was in a pinch and needed a warehouse in a short amount of time. He helped me figer out exactly what I needed, and found it for me. I was so busy at the time I told him to go find it and when you do call me... so he did. The place ended up been better then I expected to get with the budget I had. He was open to my suggestions and did hours of research in order to set the deal up the way I wanted it. When it came to the negotiations... He is the guy you want on your side. He spent many hours going through the contract finding all the sneaky little changes the other party was making as we went back and forth. He brought them to my attention. Then educated me on the different options I had and how to best handle my situation. He’s now the guy I use to represent me in my real-estate dealings. Kurtis
