one of the worst agent in ontario. I had one of my commercial property listed with him and one of the potential buyer told me that that the he told him not to buy the property and tried to manipulate him to buying one of agents other property. Highly unethical and not trustworthy. I would not recommend listing your property with him. Moreover, if you have already listed it, i would get tge listing removed. The ontario real estate board also handles complain if there is push backs.
