Lana is our contact for our house we are renting. During this last weeks rainstorm, our basement of our rental house flooded completely. We have tried contacting her serveral times both through phone and email, and she has not responded to emails and her phones voicemail is full so we cannot even leave her a voicemail. My entire basement is totally ruined and she has does absolutely NOTHING, to respond to this emergency. Would not recommend dealing with her in any capacity whatsoever.

It is unfortunate that the problem occured when it did. I hope that you have been able to recover from the flood. Lana succumbed to complications of leukemia on 05 27 2011 To any and all who may feel they did not get the best from Lana in the weeks prior to her passing Please understand what she and her family were going through
