She is a slumlord! She is refusing to help us with our mouldy home that she is renting to us. Refusing to admit there is even mould in our home. This comment could really go for ages. I have mass amounts of proof and ruined things. She just came in for an "inspection" after we issued a demand letter and painted over mould in many areas, not informing us. I ruined a pair of jeans with paint by accident and our cats were exposed to wet paint as well. Our neighbour broke lease for a mass mould problem. Previous tenants in our sweet have sued Lana, and had the same problem. She has done nothing to actually solve the problem. This house needs some internal work. Zero insulation we can even see our breath at times. She even put a door in connecting our suite with our neighbours to fool saanich when they tried to have an unexpected inspection! And then filled in the all again afterwards (poorly). We live at 1090 lodge avenue by the way. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS TOTAL SLUMLORD. what a mistake!! House looked so nice when we first moved in...
