I don't know how there are not more reviews about Lambros Demos. How do I start. I gave him absolute confidence with my family and let him into my household. I was in an urgent sale as I was getting a new job in another province. He seemed really genuine and great. When he brought me an offer for my house from his client, he told me that if I wanted to go through with the offer that I must pay him his commission in CASH money else he will make his client turn away. I had no choice, I paid this and went forward to get rid of this. After speaking to a family friend who sold with Lambros she informed me that he pulled the same with her. Very ridiculous!!! STAY AWAY

Nous faisons actiuellement affaire avec lui, ne se présente pas aux rendez-vous, ne donne pas de feedback, il a pris un temps énorme avant de publier les photos et les descriptions des pièces étaient imprécises. À éviter

Best Broker in Laval, the man Lambro, is a one man agency, a family man, and a pillar of the community, he may possibly be the most honest man in real estate. ask any broker. this man will sell your house without fault
